Project Planning and The Flow of Money

It would help if there was a masterlist of all the DOI projects as they go into the NEPA process, with the closing dates for comments. This would give the public a good idea of what the DOI was doing outside the scope of its normal activities.

It would also be very useful if there were a masterlist of all DOI bid solicitations, invitations to bid, etc., with a historical archive of what price the contracts were awarded. This would give the public a good idea of what the DOI is spending money on.
